Streamline Vertical Elevator Operations With 4-Way Shuttle And Material Handling AMR Warehouse Automation Solutions
The recycled elevator is driven by a chain, and controlled by a frequency conversion speed control motor to lift the cargo up and down in a recycled motion. The lifting cargos are equipped with a transmission mechanism to automatically feed the conveyed material into the lifting car of the elevator. This kind of hoist has the characteristics of advanced control, reliable performance and high positioning accuracy of lift cargo.
In the automated warehousing system, the 4-way shuttle is always working together with the recycled vertical elevator. The elevator works on cargo lift and down, the 4-way shuttle is used to load and unload cargo to storage positions.
